Application to demolish the sitting room and kitchen, build a single-storey side to rear extension, a rear dormer extension, replace one first-floor rear window with a uPVC double glazed casement window and another with a uPVC sash window, alter side fenestration, add a front rooflight, install cycle storage in the front garden, and perform soft and hard landscaping at the dwellinghouse.
