Proposal:

Application for the demolition of a rear outbuilding and construction of a part single, part two-storey rear extension with two lantern rooflights and a first-floor juliet balcony. Includes a basement extension and lowering of the ground level at the front to accommodate a garage at basement level, a two-storey front extension, a first-floor front balcony, and alterations to front bay windows. Also includes two hip to gable roof extensions, a rear dormer with three juliet balconies, replacement of roof tiles, four front rooflights, rendering to all elevations, brickwork to the ground floor front elevation, alterations to fenestration, raised decking to the rear, alteration to the front boundary wall, and hard and soft landscaping to the rear garden of the dwellinghouse.
