Application to discharge condition 7 (soft landscaping) and partially discharge condition 8 (wildlife and nesting) from planning permission 25/2717 for changing a dwellinghouse to a 4-bedroom HMO, altering rear windows and patio, and adding refuse storage and landscaping.
