Partial demolition of existing buildings with external changes to retained structures, reconfiguration of car parking to provide 27 spaces, continuation of one-way vehicle exit, repositioning of security gates and fencing, landscaping, relocation of bin stores, and other associated works including proposed boundary fencing.
