Proposal:

Application for a certificate of lawfulness for the existing commencement of demolition works before the permission expiration as per condition 1 of Full Planning Permission 20/2473 dated 8 April 2021. This involves demolishing existing buildings and redeveloping the site with a part three, four, six, and seven-storey building for flexible employment workspace and self-contained flats, including parking, refuse and recycling stores, amenity space, and landscaping.
