Proposal:

Application to build a part-single, part-two storey extension at the back, a two-storey extension on the side, alter the roof, add a rear dormer window, make changes to the front elevation, and create a new self-contained dwelling within the two-storey side extension with associated amenity space and subdivision of the rear garden.
