Application to convert a single dwellinghouse into four self-contained flats, demolish the garage, and build a two-storey side extension with rear and side dormer extensions. Includes replacing a side window and door with a window, adding five front rooflights and two side rooflights, and providing two parking spaces with refuse and cycling storage.
