Application to subdivide a house into 6 flats, build a two-storey rear extension, add a rear dormer and side rooflight, excavate the basement for front and rear extensions with lightwells, convert the side garage into a room, create rear terraces and a balcony with a juliette window, alter windows, and provide parking, cycle, and refuse storage with landscaping.
