Proposal:

Application for a non-material amendment to increase the height of single-storey extensions and alter the rear elevation windows, related to Householder reference 25/1906 dated 15 September, 2025. The original proposal included demolishing a garage, side and rear extension, and rear canopy, and building a front porch extension, single-storey side to rear extension with two side and two rear rooflights, and altering the dwellinghouse windows.
