Proposal to reconfigure existing first and second floor flats from 2 to 3 self-contained units, build a two-storey side-to-rear extension at first floor, add a rear dormer to the main roof, a linked dormer to the rear outrigger with two side windows, install one front rooflight, and provide cycle storage at ground floor.
