Application to change approved drawings by altering the external material finish of the rear elevation, adding rendered raised window arch headers, and modifying the surface water drainage strategy, including the roof specification, for the project involving demolition of ground & first floor rear extension, alteration of two existing self-contained flats, creation of one additional self-contained flat, internal alterations, erection of a two-storey rear extension with first floor terrace, alteration to garden boundary walls, hard and soft landscaping, cycle and refuse storage.
