Application to demolish the living room and rear room, build two-storey rear extensions and a rear dormer extension, convert the garage into habitable space with window replacements, replace front and rear uPVC windows, install external wall insulation matching existing finishes, alter fenestration and roof, remove chimney stacks, install front boundary treatment with piers and access gates, replace front hardstanding with permeable materials, and form a rear patio with associated landscaping.
