Application to demolish a detached garage and store rooms, build a two-storey side extension, a single-storey rear extension, a hip to gable end roof extension, a rear dormer window with Juliet balcony, install 2 front, 2 side, and 1 rear rooflights, remove a chimney stack, remove the existing porch, add a new front porch canopy, construct a rear garden outbuilding, alter the front boundary wall, and add hardstanding, soft landscaping, and refuse and cycle storage to the dwellinghouse.
