Application to demolish the side garage and shed, build a single-storey rear extension, a two-storey side to rear extension, raised patio areas, a side to rear dormer roof extension with a rear balcony, relocate solar panels, install 1 front rooflight and 1 rear rooflight, alter the existing front dormer, front porch, and front terrace, install external wall insulation with render, make other alterations to fenestration, and carry out associated landscaping, refuse store, erect a detached plant room, air source heat pump, air conditioning unit, and boundary treatments to the dwellinghouse.
