Proposal:

Application to demolish the existing rear extension, rear dormer extension, and rear outbuilding. Proposal includes building a single-storey rear extension, a rear dormer window with a glass balustrade terrace, replacing 2 front rooflights, constructing a single-storey outbuilding in the rear garden, replacing existing roof tiles with new synthetic ones, altering the fenestration, installing a rainwater downpipe, replacing the front door, and creating refuse and cycle storage spaces along with landscaping works to the dwellinghouse.
