Application to convert a dwellinghouse into a 7-bedroom, 7-person HMO, build a rear single-storey extension with a green roof, add a rear dormer extension with a green roof, install one front rooflight, alter front and side boundary walls, add a green roof to the existing rear outrigger, demolish the existing front porch, and alter landscaping and refuse storage at the front.
