Application for external works including a two-storey rear extension, rear and side dormers, and eight rooflights. Alterations to side access door and windows to create an additional self-contained flat at loft level, internal alterations to existing flats, installation of a vehicular access gate and dropped kerb, provision of rear car parking, conversion of garage for bicycle storage, and associated landscaping.
