Section 73 application to vary conditions 6 (Detailed planning permission); 7 (Development of detailed element); 8 (Compliance with EIA mitigation); and 10 (Site wide quantum of development) of planning permission 21/0181/OUTOPDC as amended by 25/0211/NMAOPDC for 'Hybrid planning application (part full/part outline) for the demolition of all buildings and phased redevelopment to provide up to seven buildings comprising a combination of: residential units (Class C3); office floorspace (Class E); a hotel (Class C1); co-living units (Sui Generis); student accommodation units (Sui Generis); flexible commercial/community/town centre uses (Classes E/F/sui generis); basements; back of house space; cycle and car parking; publicly accessible landscaped open space; highway works and public realm improvements.'
