Details pursuant to condition 15 (landscaping) of Variation of Conditions reference 17/1342 dated 18 July, 2017, for Variation of conditions 2 (approved plans), 4 (car parking) and 16 (exhaust air heat pumps) to allow the following minor changes: * changes to the approved housing mix (increase 1 bed units from 23 to 28, 3bed units from 11 to 16, decrease 2bed units from 38 to 32 and remove 4bed units) * changes to internal arrangements and elevations to include revision of stair/lift cores to integrate service risers and winter gardens replaces with external private balconies * changes to amenity space provisions to include the omission of communal terraces at 6th floor level and replaced with private balconies and terraces * reduction in the number of car parking spaces from 76 to 69 * change individual exhaust air hear pumps to CHP of variation of condition application reference 13/2062 dated 21/10/2013 relating to 11/0403 for Demolition of existing building and erection of a seven-storey mixed use building comprising 76 flats (23 x 1-bed, 38 x 2-bed, 11 x 3-bed and 4 x 4-bed units), 925m2 of commercial floorspace (Use Class A1 and A2), with 75 parking spaces, first floor rear communal roof terrace and associated landscaping (as amended by plans received on 19 April 2011), subject to a Deed of Agreement dated 03 June 2011 and further Deed of Agreement dated 4 July 2012 under Section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, as amended.
