Proposal:

Application to demolish the existing building and basements and replace them with a mixed-use development featuring a 22-storey building and 3 basements. The development will include flexible light industrial and B8 employment space, a hotel with gym, spa, and swimming pool, a conference centre, a community hall, basement car parking, cycle parking, an internal service yard, a coach drop-off lay-by, management and back of house areas, plant, roof garden and outdoor terraces, public realm improvements, and associated works.
